You have made a good point of future escape clauses being a possibility, however Brumbys safety net looks to be with the strategic partnership with IGO,for such a young & small cap miner the IGO hook up augers well for the Brumby future. The IGO partnership indicates a very astute management team steering the ship at Brumby, friendships forged early in the boards mining careers by having such experience at a variety of mining companies has set brumby towards much bigger things, you can see how the Brumby team are slowly putting the jigsaw together, they havent tried to get ahead of themselves,if you look at the entire set up at present before aggresive drilling begins.

1.position...pilbara
2.transport...road,rail,port is all nearby(very big factor)
3.IGO...partnership offers invaluable expertise not often available to young small cap miners.
4.55m shares(2010=86m)
5.$4.2m cash (2010=$6-6.5m approx.)
these are the 5 important factors that stand BMY out...
