I assume I can outline the gist of UBS report ...
BUY
Target price: $3.30 - based on P/E ratio of 12x 2020 earnings.
Target for Nd/Pr - $60/kg - basket price $23/kg (upside of $4.50/share)
Issues: Malaysia - uncertain resolution but think their history of compliance will work for them; China - think it will be constrained by their move to restrict pollution; competitors outside China - major barrier is the plant which is behind them and will be barrier to everyone else
But really nothing anyone here hasn't already figured out. No new insights.
