So far as I could tell the offer documents remained silent on how much they were looking to raise from institutions (I stand to be corrected on that). The $1 million they've raised there does look light compared to what they're after from retail holders. As for the future of the company without the NT licence approval, I'm not sure it has one. This move to the technology space is very recent and appears opportunistic rather than a considered strategy. The earnings stream from it looks murky to me.
