Not convicted and in my opinion this was just another attempted beat up of QBL by the lynch mob.

Why i say "beat up", is that firstly that MM (and recreational), dispensaries are allowed to trade under state law but not federal which means anyone could be arrested at any time. The Feds like the power to exercise their options if required for whatever reason. The link to the article below even suggests capital punishment under Federal Law as an possible punishment.

I'm not sure of the exact legal ins and outs in the US but for balance in this case (Jarads), should be viewed in context with the difference in state and federal laws, not just some bloke got caught with "drugs" and cash in his car, and had guns at home. Its America, who doesn't have guns?

The point being that yes, he was caught and arrested with drugs and cash. Innocent until proven guilty. He was not charged. No conviction recorded. He obviously knows how to grow and as per his Linkdin profile, he seems to have excellent experience. Hire him i say and ignore the transparent, obvious semantics and noise.
