I have raised this issue also.
The announcement didn't say, in clear terms, whether or not the 20MT was fully sown in the summer season. I assumed some would have been leftover too for Winter crop so the harvest figures were skewed as well.
Been waiting on an answer but don't think we will get one RE: the next lot of seeds origin.
