    Plugged and abandoned as planned. This is cryptic - 'abandoned' implies that it is not commercially viable but 'as planned'? You would hardly plan to drill a well just to abandon it. I have called MEO and am awaiting a return call from the CFO. If and when I get it I will post the results
    Surely anyone who knows oil company jargon would have been rushing to buy but so far nobody seems to be seeing this as good news.
