My take on all of this is that the ASX is questioning how VRX can possibly gaurentee that they will be able to pay the $50M if they break ground. How can they possibly know what value lies within the Muchea tenement and make such a large commitment. For all we know VRX could proceed with the deal and then establish that there is way less (or no) resource leaving the company with a huge financial commitment and no way to pay it.
