also worth noting that "much talk over the years"... it wasnt 19,000 us a ton then. the land has been owned in one way or another by anw/ausnico for many many years gathering dust during the tin price collapse. your realestate agents, while im sure are lovely people, probably dont know jack about the commodities market or mining. peter has been out there twice in the last 12 months as far as im aware... most work is feasability and planning (read desktop stuff) dont need to be there for that ... the drills and data has already been collected and it doesnt change.. should he camp out there?
