Your statement above has been true ever since the Getswift website became available - any business can take an order and load it into Getswift - whether or not the mail importer function exists or not.
Sorry - but I think small_investor's point is correct - you can't really call the mail importer an integration (in the systems sense) with GrubHub or any of the other online ordering systems that are mentioned on the Getswift page.
Personally (as someone involved in software) - and from what an outsider can see of it - the GSW system may be pretty good. But that doesn't automatically translate to financial success. You need management to understand how to exploit what they've got and get a move on with it. Serious doubts there.
The half year 4c should give us an idea of how much they've been spending on development - question will then be whether the money has been put to good use.
