zfx or oxr

im starting to think the deal of 3.1931 Oxiana shares for each Zinifex share isnt a good deal after all. I do have some confusion in it. if it is that deal.. zfx essentially went to 10 dollars today and oxr is around 3.18, therefore, (3 times 3.18 does not even come close to 10 dollars... therefore zfx shareholders are losing money on the deal.

anyway... im starting to think, if the merger does evidently take place, that the best option to go into is oxr at this time.. as the face value is falling.. we could pick it up below 3 dollars. That would be abetter result than buying zfx and converting the shares over..
what are people opions?
