"Could Quadrant take over Carnarvon as a "backdoor listing" of Quadrant? Share numbers or value could be adjusted to suit combined assets. This would make the situation clearer for a suitor ( single 100% owner) and allow Quadrant participants to release their equity via selling shares on the asx.
