thanks for the reassurance guys, its just so damn hard to keep holding on, everytime i have done it, i have seen it knocked back 5% here,10% there and 20% here....each time i have said it will bounce and each time something new has popped up and knocked it further.

Yes if i sell now i turn my paper loss into reality, there is just a deep fear that it will get knocked back further because of who knows what, tbh, even i think it has bottomed out and it cant drop further, but like i said i am sick and tired of "sophisticated investors" making money off my sweat blood and tears...if my sell order doesnt get filled, ill hold for another bit and see what happens... hopefully this really is the bottom, i am hoping my sell gets filled but if it doesnt ill sleep on it and think with a frsh mind tomorrow., thanks.
