Well Earnie, if that was the case what is wrong with saying:

The plant is now been completed and everything went according to plans.

Now we will have to run the plant 24/7 for an X amount of time, to find out if it all goes as planned and iron out any hitches that may (or may not transpire).

What is wrong with announcing that Earnie, instead of leaving us speculating, and assuming of what is happening.

And, how long did it take for me to post that Earnie??? Think about it, my friend!!!!
