Well actually if you want to report possible insider trading you have to do it to ASIC which is what I have just done. I'm now about to make a report to ASX about continuous disclosure.

I would recommend that everyone do the same as I have had some successes before when we did it as a group. Most recently with DTZ where we managed to get ASX and ASIC to put the microscope on the board for incorrectly awarding themselves with performance shares. The had to give them all back in the end and they replaced their CEO.

So get onto it today folks. There is absolutely no point sitting in here all complaining to each other about how bad it is and how bad it looks That won't get a result. It extremely easy to lodge a complaint. Just make your points clearly and factually. Leave the emotion out of it.
