I think it is a great JV really.
The land while prospective for Ni-Co is far from proven as a real prospect.
To get a $2m plus spend and then 40% free carry to BFS for this lease is great.
I think punters were probably just hoping for copper news and sold out because they announced something else.
Strange reaction though and holders like this are better out then in imo.
