First up it's Xi's first trip to Africa...that's how busy the guy is.
What you were implying was that DRC wasn't worth a look in.
I've read your posts here...and you don't for a second believe you a contrarian nor here out of benevolence.
I also don't think you have much insight about the actual information on the ground in the DRC other than what is touted by Western interests that have been at the centre of the exploitation and fragmentation not just in the Congo by the way...nor do you understand what the massive injection of Chinese currency and therefore interest in the region is. Xi doesn't need to visit the Congo...as a matter of fact I doubt Xi even knows where it is on the map, he has others that do that kind of thing for him.
