Both reported P/E ratios are based on 16/17 results hence not of current concern. I haven’t analysed the difference but think it is tax - these results included listing costs and exclude recent growth so shouldn’t be part of a current analysis.
The accurate data we have is 0.09 cents per share for for 6 months.
Thus the p/e on today’s price is about 29 annualised. This is a gross approximation as it excludes seasonality I.e. Xmas trading which is a negative but also excludes growth which is positive.
Personally I am glass half full rather than empty on kgn.
