If for some reason the deal with CAT doesn't fall into place and CAT do not take up the options, then having a share price higher than where it is now will be important for the CR that will have to occur.

If there was 100% certainity with both BUILD1 and with a Deal with CAT, I would expect the share price to be higher than it currently is......unless of course there actually is 100% certainity and all that is already built into the current share price and therefore this is the price it is well into next year.
