That would be a ridiculous move. Got shot down trying to spin off cobalt without fair return to shareholders and then try it with the lithium instead? I wouldn't put it past them though as they do have a habit of making ridiculous moves which stop the momentum of the company and repel investors, such as Dynavolt, sending the share price down before having to raise capital again at a lower price. Bought in for lithium, get stuck holding cobalt and have to buy in to the lithium again without a discount, can only buy a handful of shares to limit ownership, and no in specie distribution?
