How would those things work without connection provided by telcos? They will not work.
SAS is merely providing the towers. It is the telcos that MUST provide the connection.
It is absolutely ridiculous for you to claim that SAS is in the IoT (internet of things) business yet also suggest that somehow SAS will manage without internet and data. The same internet and data that ONLY telcos can provide. The spectrum of which those telcos have paid billions of dollars for.
