TMTO

I just got an options trade mate to price TMTO. He's got Black and Scholes and all the bells and whistles and he said TMTO have an intrinsic value of 10.7825c. By my reckoning this makes them one of the great gifts of all time ie selling at current px is simply being gifted 10c odd. If the were priced perfectly they should currently be trading at approx. 41.5c ish. My observation over the years is that most punters have no capacity to px options whatsoever and they usually have them as a by-product if work done or cap raisings hence the crazy trades. I've seen it plenty of times before but never to the extent of these. Even if you don't have a pricing model blind Freddy can guess there's some fairly decent intrinsic time value in any option that has 2 years to expiry especially in the money options
