Sorry I should have been more clear, what I meant was there is no mention of the missed deadline for SMRA for Golden Koala.
There is talk about a key milestone in the CFDA process (CFDA doesn’t even exist anymore, it’s SMRA), but the manufacturer who needs to lodge SMRA for Golden Koala has gone into administration. Jatenergy told the market in a previous announcement that SMRA will be lodged in April/May, it’s now nearly August.
This is serious news, and it hasn’t been addressed. Golden Koala won’t be able to sell products in China without a manufacturer.
