Norwest are offering AUZ shareholders priority to invest $2.6m out of $6.6m. If AUZ shareholders don't take up the offer, Norwest will raise the outstanding balance to the public offer. You don't have to take up the offer, it's your choice to.
Eiter way AUZ still own 28.6% and don't have to fund it. Money raised from this development may potentially fund Flem or Thack.. Long way to go yet, good move by the board. JIMO
