Being on a tight budget PNN probably could not afford to slip a few extra cash $$ to get to the front of the queue. Half joking!!
Still the value of an 8 or 9 year production life at Rincon would be worth at fire sale several times MC. IF Pular is good then the value will be many many times MC.
We will know shortly. IF visuals are a good indication then we should get a good result!! Here's hoping!!
