Whilst NS action is a good thing I still have some concerns around the legal costs that will get racked up by both parties .... only people that get rich on the back of court action are lawyers. Annoys me that the management use company funds to defend their dodgy actions.
Me thinks we are long overdue an update on the legal situation (even a notice about where things are at from a procedural perspective).
