If commissioning is scheduled to commence in December 2018 - how long will this take? Another 3 months brings us to March 2019

With the 1.6bn options expiring in April 2019 - there could be some mass selling between now and then.

I think we are at GMC's 12-month share price high right now - hope I am wrong for GMC shareholders sake though...
