As per ASX Listing rule 12.10, when a material change is made to the companies trading policy the new policy must be announced to the market. I suggest for anyone who has time and is interested compare this policy to the old one to identifying the exact changes. of course insider trading is illegal but that's beside these point, Im gIessing the change will have been made to the restrictions over and above general insider trading rules.
also an aside note is that not is that not once in the 2 years I've held the stock has insiders made an on market sale of shares. I seriously doubt there about to start
