If you have Lepidolite, you must talk to Lepidico, LPD sooner or later.  I held LPD for those hard months when it fought off the T/O from Lithium Australia, LIT - who, it seemed to me, wanted LPD's superior or at least compatible technology.  I have to admit a bad exit from that holding - it bagged soon after.

The L-Max process is an alternative pathway for the production of battery grade lithium from hard rock. The source ore contains Lepidolite as well as, or in lieu of, Spodumene.

For me the heading of the ann, "Venus Aligns With Lepidico" says a lot about the strategic significance here. And that VMS will receive consideration in both cash and shares and be free carried to production is an outstanding achievement for these pegmatites.

If anyone has concerns about the 4 year time scale, just take note that L-Max is still in Pilot Plant stage, probably with several 'tweaks' to come, so production is still some time away.
