First 3 months paid with shares instead of cash. Total shares for the first 3 months will be around 2m fully paid ordinary shares.
As well as 14m options with 3 years expiry which are awarded to him upon reaching numerous performance milestones.
I don't think I could be happier with the man they've selected for the job. Based on what I've read in the announcement of course.
