You're absolutely correct, I happily acknowledge that I can't say with any certainty that AGY will produce BG. Further, I've no knowledge or expertise even on how such a thing is achieved.
However, my research and analyse skills do help me to assess the likelihood of BG being achieved, but more importantly, of AGY being a successful and viable LCE producer. This takes into account AGY's journey and achievements thus far in realising their strategic plan. Which in a large part is based on legally accountable ANN's - and not on opinions and comments thrown around on HC.
