My feeling is that they will want oppies converted as this is money they will need for expansion to reduce possible debt to finance it. Question is do you want to own a greater percent in a business stuck in low production or a little less in a business that has expanded production. The multiplier effect on valuation would outweigh dilution and peeps who convert oppies given on CR shouldnt be diluted anyway.
