Interesting post.
Thinking about GDA, its behavior is very scattered. When the market its up money moves to safer bets, when the market is down it seems to perform better. Personally I wouldn't get carried away with all the market excitement, the injection in the US economy won't put a lid on the credit or mortgage crisis.
