Buyers are not falling over themselves to get into this stock.
In other words I think the political risk is a big deterent to buyers. Not many traders prepared to take the risk. Look at the buy/sell spread. A huge gap.
I thought the short termers might push the price up a bit more than this before they take a profit.
I think BKP need to hit a good oil flow in this drilling to get some confidence into the company.
