I don't think shareholders will know for a little while what's on the agenda with the potential new board, all I know is that they clearly want control of the business for a reason. Until an announcement is made on the companies direction it's all speculation for now, but if you look at the skill set and experience of these three guys you can bet they will grow BKP into something of value.

If the board gets replaced next month Baraka Energy and Resources will be a name to watch!
