best case - FAR gets some cash out of COP.......
lets be super generous - say 100m...
Why would Far limit themselves to 100m when the potential amount from being able to PE and then on sell could be well over US$700.
Why would Conoco be super generous and pay 100m , unless they knew they were in the wrong ,as obviously FAR think so.
The time to be super generous has passed , FAR will take the total prize and not a portion should they win.
