A lot of truth to this. It has a lot to do with the Sector as a whole - if you look at the evidence for major demand requirement for Li products (and it eventuates as predicted) then as a retail investor your best weapon is patience. As you say, get in early then wait for the re-rate. Skittish people automatically think a decline in SP means something is fundamentally wrong with a company, this is usually not the case especially when there has been no negative news. It is purely a normal sector cycle. Evidence for this can be seen when taking a macro view on all Li Companies SP action since february.
The ol’ saying “buy when others are fearful” has a nice application here imo
