I’m with commsec and I received a letter last week with the share certificate stating the number of shares. It says ‘as Cowan progresses towards listing on the asx your shares will be converted into uncertificated form and you will be issued with a issuer sponsored holding statement. You need not take any action for this to occur.’ You’ll probably get the same letters this week.
