Can I ask, how you know that? Do you have a personal relationship with TB? For all we know he could give zero shits about us and if he saw a good deal take it and run off with his money.
I'm not saying it would happen but this whole forum reeks of people with their head in the sand all acting like you have some personal best buddy relationship with the board. I mean come on if I was in his position and I got offered a take over offer of a $1 per share I'd cash out. Especially with how many shares and options he has.
