Telstra is a basketcase.. anyone who has tried to deal with them in terms of a phone or internet will clearly understand that they cannot operationalise any strategies they tout in the market. They have years of re work, capex and investment and work to win back customers who will need proof that Telstra has changed. There relationship with NBN is diabolical and they are heamorraging customers as a result There products only compete on price and they are giving market share away and margin to keep market share...
