This may sound crazy to some but I firmly believe Peacock adds a lot of integrity and respectability to MFS.
People think if Peacock is there then their money is safe and will be looked after. That may be hard to swallow but I think it's true - without a doubt.

You may not like him, and I have no particular respect for him, but others do. The Mums and Dads see the name and so invest their money. After all that's why they got him.

He's prepared to try and steer us through this mess - none of it was of his own doing. He would have to have stood up against the founders of the Company who also had big shareholdings and up to then had built MFS up to what it was. Maybe he can be criticised for that - maybe not - anyway they had a Board majority - one that led to a disaster as it turned out.

I think we have to stand by Peacock and show some support - if we dont, and he walks away MFS is stuffed (more stuffed?). Why, because there will be a total exodus from the Funds. Don't tell me ppl will trust Scott to look after their money like Peacock, bocause they won't. In fact Scott's record is not a faint shadow against Peacock's.
It's all about trust and the Company needs every bit it can get at the moment.
