Really great thread with some excellent posts.
For the short term don't the US housing forclosures and CPI figures come out Thursday and Friday respectively? Thought i read that somewhere yesterday. If so this will drag the market down again.
Also in the same bit of reading, large US banks will report next week, and people are expecting further write downs. I supposed it is great timing for a rate cut next Tuesday, then the banks report just after that to level the market again.
Your thoughts?
