Hi Old , we can only measure ourselves against similar companies with similar products, similar costs & similar timelines to production??? CLQ was hammered as their costs are perceived to be extremely high due to their high CAPEX . If AUZ have a lower CAPEX then the IRR may be higher? Remember this a long term mining project. Anything higher than 20% IRR would be great. If you had an investment property , art , rare coins and notes etc I think an investor would be happy with an IRR over 20 years.
