What do you consider is commercial production volume? 90% of all producing mines today are ~ 25,000 to 40,0000 so the fantasy is then that 145,000 MT is commercial size?
I believe SYR claiming 32,000 MT meets the threshold and not disclosing sales is an attempt to delay the inevitable.
