OGA have 174m shares on issue, the options, 8.8m have an exercise price of 30c and 10m 39c so disingenous to be including these in the fully diluted market cap unless you are going to include the money for them being excercised. The 12m performance rights yeah maybe include them only the last 4m of planting another 5000 abitats in SA looks hard to achieve.

OGA once infrastructure is in just needs to be seeded and probably they will replicate by themselves or otherwise need reseeding. Just harvest every now and again. Worry is if predators come through or poachers. You also need dive teams to harvest but its not that far offshore and some people like diving and it wouldn't need divers with a technical licence

AS1 will need to continually rotate spat and grown oysters around to coffin bay and maintain infrastructure. Oysters are also a commodity item compared to abolone.

You also have don't seem to have counted the 14.5m options and performance rights for AS1.

AS1 is about a year closer to steady state production than OGA is as well so your comparing apples and oranges
