When people ask me how the market works I always say buy them when there down and sell them when there up, what happens in between is like keeping a torch stored until a blackout, then it is the first thing you are glad you bought batteries for and keep in your draw.
SAS sats are all on track for 2019. I'm wouldn't mind some more today if it got into the .05's
Wishful thinking. maybe or maybe not.
