I'm not sure that a deal is that close even with "production preparations". These preparations will be no doubt for testing once again and if they pass the tests in manufacturing, then it'll be the military to field test, and then once that testing its done it'll be wait and see again.
We've been here before, a commercial deal where we are supplying the military is not close by any means....
