For the FRACU you are correct, it appears we are still many many months away at least, but for part B of the military cornerstone it appears we are much closer. Reproduce on commercial scale and finalise agreement. Remember this was to date of 30/6, so since then there has been a further 4 weeks. I agree its not tomorrow, but maybe in next two months we will hopefully see something concrete.
