wwho's to say those that took the placement didn't first get in at 60, 30 or even 10 cents. In fact I'd bet they did.
Point is that these type of investors are "in the know" either with brokers (who look after them because they generate big fees) or with the directors & they ALWAYS get a good discount off the 5 day VWAP when they buy --- I don't call that stupid!
