August starts tomorrow and will the Indians sign up this month? I would expect they would be compensated for spending on R&D as well as arguing reduction of greenhouse gases to access other funds so half of 35 mill - refunds should not be a problem for them. Add in they have halved any royalties going forward as well!!! Why would they delay past August? Hope we don't find out.
