    I understand in relation to the cr which had a proposed price of 8c but where does 8c come into the 250,000,000 shares to Medcann directors? If it was based on a fixed price wouldn't it be 5.9c as that was the sp at time of deal?

    Would be crazy giving them anything but market value.
